CityDAO is an organization focused on decentralized asset ownership on the blockchain, starting with a 40-acre land in Wyoming. The land is represented as an NFT, and Citizen NFT holders gain citizenship in CityDAO, allowing community access and governance. The ultimate objective is to create a decentralized city governed by citizens through a DAO, working towards a more democratic society despite challenges. CityDAO aims to leverage blockchain technology for transparent decision-making and collective ownership. By providing citizens with a say in governance and asset management, the project strives to redefine traditional notions of city governance and empower its members.
